1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Delays

Novique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Novique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. International Shipping

We may ship internationally. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
